About this policy

This Privacy Policy supplements the Sansoni Group Privacy Policy. Where this policy is silent on any matter, the Sansoni Group Privacy Policy applies. In the event of any conflict between the two, this policy prevails for Empire Advisory services.

This Privacy Policy applies to Empire Advisory, which operates under the EmpireOne Group brand. EmpireOne Group Pty Ltd and its related Sansoni Management group entities include but are not limited to:

These entities are referred to in this policy as "EmpireOne", "we", "us", or "our".

This policy applies to all Empire Advisory websites, landing pages, tools, forms, and services, including Initial Consultation booking and referral services, and any future services operated within the EmpireOne Group.

Empire Advisory acts as a marketing, referral, and facilitation platform. It connects clients with qualified tax professionals and facilitates appointment bookings and payment processing. Empire Advisory does not itself provide tax agent services or tax advice. Payment processing is handled by EmpireOne Group Pty Ltd on behalf of Empire Advisory where applicable.

This includes business-related information where it identifies an individual.

  • Staffing and VA requirements (for Empire People and Empire Outsourced services)
  • Travel preferences and booking behaviour (for Empire Traveller services)

We may also collect sensitive information where required and only with your explicit consent.

  • Sign up for an EmpireOne membership
  • Complete a form or enquiry on any EmpireOne website
  • Request a service such as lending, insurance, energy, marketing, staffing, travel, or outsourcing
  • Interact with our concierge or support team

  • Communicate with us by phone, email, SMS, chat, or social media
  • Use our websites, tools, extensions, or platforms

  • Referral partners and integrated platforms

Automatic membership creation

With your express consent, submitting certain service enquiries may result in the creation of a free EmpireOne membership, which allows us to provide additional services, savings tools, and communications.

You can cancel this membership at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 15.

We do not sell your personal information.
